How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 2–4 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium. For European orders, please allow 4–7 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all orders over €50 qualify for free standard shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the European Union. Shipping rates and times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return or exchange.
How do I return a product?
Email us at info@barecosmetics.eu with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return label and instructions within 1 business day.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Are BARE products vegan?
Yes. All BARE formulas are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients and we do not test on animals.
Are your products dermatologically tested?
Yes. Every BARE formula is dermatologically tested and suitable for sensitive skin types.
Why do you disclose ingredient concentrations?
Transparency is the foundation of BARE. We believe you have the right to know exactly what you are putting on your body — including how much of each ingredient is present.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, your order enters processing and we are unable to make changes. Please contact us immediately at info@barecosmetics.eu.
